I found the BMW Film - “The Follow” on youtube. Now, for all of you who never got the chance to see the series of short films that BMW did a few years back, what they did is hired a few well known directors to produce a series of short dramatic films showcasing their cars. They kind of started the whole “exclusive films to sell our products” trend, but what they did was create films that had more to do with stories than the cars. Sure they showcased the cars, but for the most part, the films weren’t really “about” the cars. Overall, they were an awesome series of films. Definitely worth checking out. My favorite film they did is “The Follow” starring Adriana Lima, Mickey Rourke, Clive Owen and Forest Whitaker, and directed by well known Chinese director Kar Wai Wong. Check it…
